Review of Trump Casino and Hotel

Check in took 30 minutes...this should not happen ...

Check in took 30 minutes...this should not happen in this day and age....especially at a new hotel. My husband and I went last week when it was so hot....the hallways and elevators were stifling...it didn't seem like the air conditioning was working in these areas. The food court was also uncomfortable. We enjoyed the Hard Rock Cafe and White House Subs. The music in the main bar was really good but the drinks were very over priced. The staff was friendly and attentive. The indoor pool wasn't anything great. We had to wait for the elevator every time we used it 1 day I waited for 10 minutes as it was always packed
It doesn't seem like this was well planned. We were not impressed. Last but not least we were told our room was an "ocean view room" but all we saw was the lower rooftops. We spoke with a couple that changed their room to a higher floor and they said they saw the same roof tops only from higher up....no ocean view!
