I've been going to this AMC for many years since it's closest to my home. It has gone from bad to worst. I used to be an AMC manger in early 1990s and I can't understand their management style. The concession lines are impossible and the staff are not trained. I don't recall seeing a manger on the floor observing and correcting issues not even once in all the years of going there for such a busy theatre. AND THEY KEEP RAISING PRICES FOR BAD SERVICE.
