I have been to a lot of gym s and this is the CLEANEST gym I have been to! Love the staff!! I love that everything is on one floor! They offer awesome classes which are very important for me. The Manager, Lamar Tillison is amazing and very very knowledgeable. He is very good at keeping you motivated and positive at all times. He def will get u results! He the best trainer I have trained with. He has given me my life back! I live about 35 min from this gym but it is worth it! This is my 2nd home! .
