Purchased a 2010 Prius in September 2013. Great car have had no problems with it. The service department is also fantastic. They didn't know what they were selling. They said it was a Prius III, I questioned this since it had features that a Prius III did not come with. They were adamant it was a Prius III. I checked, after the sale, and Toyota told me it was Prius IV.

But... It took them 3 tries to get the paperwork straight without errors and even then I had to fix some of the errors myself with the bank directly. They never did get it correct. Claiming it was my fault.

Was promised an additional remote that they never came through with. Oh well, You don't really expect honesty from a used car dealer do you?

Bottom line. They sell great cars but, if they even mention David Miller to you, finance department, don't walk, RUN as fast as you can in the other direction.
