Just had a repair done on my HVAC unit and Roy from the Carrollton, TX location was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, informative, friendly, and gave me an all around excellent experience with this company. I signed a membership agreement as a result and I am beyond satisfied. Definitely recommend him and the company overall!
