Purchased truck at sticker price, did not hammer salesman on price. The truck was shipped to me via a shipping company they hired (I paid for the shipping as part of the purchase). Truck arrived with a dead battery and no fuel (11 miles to empty). I asked Adam if they would be cleaning the truck and fueling before shipping, he said yes . After jump starting the truck, I sat in the driver seat and attempted to move the electronic lever to adjust the seat...it was broken. Called dealership and they put me in touch with the customer service adviser. It was like pulling teeth to get him to offer any resolution. I would have liked for them to have the truck towed to a local dealer, fixed and cleaned (considering this is what they originally agreed to). He ultimately did say he would mail me a gift card to Wawa gas station for the tank of fuel that they were supposed to add. The truck was filthy, dead battery and broken seat. It was very clear that because they were shipping the truck, they did not inspect it, clean it or fuel it, nor did they follow through on the gift card to Wawa for a tank of gas. Adam Blum was the salesperson. I would welcome an opportunity to speak with the owner of Griffin Ford.
