Constantly making mistake on when your appointment...

Constantly making mistake on when your appointment is.. Then you show up and they say sorry it is tomorrow.. If you show the voicemail they still dont try to fit you in or anything they just say they can't do nothing its a mistake but it has happen three time out of four... So fustrating.. Then secretaries are very unware of everything you ask them, they don't even try to get an answer or ask the midwife or anything everything is a I don't know... The midwife is good but seems to be in the lines of a rush.. Really haven't been explain what the process is to deliever. For first time being there nothing makes sense.
