Spent $1300.00 on new custom board and took it out...

Spent $1300.00 on new custom board and took it out at " c " street once and the deck was sadly compressed in quite a large area. Called back to talk about it and was told you are out of luck. I doubled up on the deck glass and went with a green blank and was assured it would be pretty much bullet proof. Well ends up a little finger pressure and it dings like its play doh. Was very bummed, poor service and quality of workmanship. I figure a business that that provides a product should at least back up that product when a lemon comes thru and make some allowances accordingly. The board is very beautiful so I just hang it up on the wall. I went out and bought a Takayama and will not buy another stewart because of the board quality. Good luck with yours..
