I've only used the service department. The service advisors I have dealt with over the years have always treated me fairly and given the direct/correct information to make a decision for the service of my vehicles. Most of the time they had the answers and when they didn't, they would get in touch with a tech who would be able to explain it. I have always been happy with their service
