Stay away from them . We were told there was an application before us but to go ahead and submit one but they wouldn't run the application for the home we wanted until the had an answer from the application ahead of us . We paid $130 . Got a call back and said we were denied and said the didn't know if the person ahead of us was approved or not . We asked the receptionist if we could please come in and talk to someone else regarding our application and she said no and said we sent you an email and you can't get your money back . They pretty much took $130 .
