Very unhappy, after calling for several days waiting for the doctor's call, they called me and the girl who attended me (a nurse) was very unpleasant and rude, when at no time I spoke badly, she told me to comment and explained it to her and instead of giving me an answer he tells me that they had called me 3 times and I did not pick it up when it appears to me once and talking fatally and more until I have hung up the phone, because under no circumstances can you talk to a patient who needs care in that way, and less for an issue that did not make sense in the consultation that I wanted to be answered, in short I never go to the CAP and once I call the nefarious service, I called for a urgency and the person who attended me talking about whether or not I have picked up the phone and talking to me as if I were superior, and now what? Well, I'm going to have to pay a mutual because the service they have given me has been disastrous. (which is a public that everyone can go to without being treated that way). I'm going to file a complaint with Cat Salud about this center. Because I am young and older, but if this happens to an older person, what happens?
