I filed a form regarding transaction last dec 12,2014 i withdraw cash from your atm machine at around 8pm the machine didn't dispense any money when i check in other atm machine the amount money i withdraw is not already in my account.I went this morning at around 10:30am and after filled up the form is that takes a week to process that scenario?????????????the teller inform me that this coming friday pa po sya maprocess pwede po b maprocess sya as soon as possible?????thank you and i appreciate for your help
