Having been to two weddings catered by APC, I knew I was going to get a high quality and unique dining experience. I decided to use them twice this year for our catered luncheons that we provide to our VIP customers. The food was amazing, on time, and there was more than enough! I had to use them again in a pinch when our original catering through Chipotle was mysteriously cancelled for 50 people which I found out about 4 days prior to our event. I emailed APC in a panic and they worked with me quickly to stay around my budget and provide a feast for my customers!
