I had them complete a Broker Price Opinion on my home which is 5 bedrooms and 2 baths and 2000 sq ft. The company they hired has a one star rating out of Littleton CO, and they proceeded to assess my property as only having 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. They are not taking responsibility for dealing with a shady company, therefor they deserve a one star rating.
