TERRIBLE! Paid 270$$ to have our system fixed. System broke again 2 days later. Called them back, they sent the same man out again. I asked before he came in the door if we would have to pay for this visit and he said "NO". He looked at the system for 15 MINUTES and then said you need an electrician. I asked again to confirm that we would not be receiving a bill from them. Again he said "No". Guess who received a Bill for $140 for this man doing NOTHING?! We ended up hiring an electrician who told me that it was an AC problem and there was nothing wrong with the Electricity going to the system. Ended up spending $5,000 on a NEW system. Called up the company manager of AA who said he didnt know why his employee had told me we didn't have to pay, but he agreed to cut the bill in 1/2 to $70. I was then harassed by the company to pay $140 for the next few months. Ended up paying the $140 to stop this company from affecting my credit. Crooks. Do not Hire them. If you want the job done right the first time, without having to deal with their employee's "learning curve" or being drained of cash look elsewhere.
