I have wasted way too much time on the phone with ...

I have wasted way too much time on the phone with this company disputing various claims. It takes forever to get a representative on the phone; and you often need to call back multiple times (as you make the rounds between the doctor's office, the medical supply distributor or pharmacy, and the insurance company). Thus, each time you call and get a new representative (after another long wait), you end up having to re-explain the situation. It almost feels like they're playing a game to see how much time you're willing to waste on the phone with them (and others) before eventually giving up and just paying the incorrectly calculated amount.
