This place is essentially a 5-star hotel. The staff is very professional, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, there is a great gym, the breakfast spread has a plethora of options and changes slightly every day, the rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom facilities are top notch, and the fact that it is attached to the biggest mall in Jeddah gives you dozens of stores and eateries within walking distance.

So why the 3 stars? Because unless you book a suite, your room overlooks the roof of the mall, where there are dozens of A/C units that are really loud. The amount of noise pollution in your bedroom is really high, and it's 24 hours a day!
