Recently, I have received the dubious honor of working in this GREAT corporation for a long time and I will tell you one thing as a warning, I have never encountered such a hypocritical boss. Before you start working, he'll sweeten you about how wonderful and reliable this company is, that the people working here have houses, cars, flats etc.
Here are a few examples of the job offers (which I unfortunately also fooled) in which the same threadbare slogans titled WE OFFER are repeated regularly:
1. Participation in projects in the field of new technologies, automotive, electric traction, induction heating and others.
It ends with sitting only on a business trip and getting a PLN 30 daily allowance -25% for breakfast, sometimes working 12 hours a day, of course without overtime paid (often Saturday and Sunday). You come back from the delegation and you still have to listen to the boss who says that if we work like this, we will not make money on the bread (the point is that he pays for the hotel) and that you put too little heart into our company, I mark says ours not mine.
2. Trips abroad for training to suppliers and fair events
They give you a loyalty to incapacitate you when you sign, you will work like a slave, and the son of the boss will count you how many fingers and crackers you ate at the market and will deduct you from your salary.
3. Necessary training on the assortment when starting work
You have to learn the directory by heart.
4. Good financial and working conditions
2000 gross per employment contract, i.e. PLN 1444.48 net until the end of work in this pseudo company plus 500+ per commission contract and of course the promise that you will soon earn millions but not yet. These 500+ can be stopped at any time for any reason.
5. Work in a stable company with an established market position
A larger bush company is not met trial after trial with cheated contractors, employees are threatened so they are afraid to go to court.
6. Permanent employment
If you sign a loyalty, employment will be permanent, if you want to quit, they will do everything not to pay you and draw loyalties from you, of course, they will tell you before you finish work, they will deal with you honestly, I will add that honestly this is linguistic abuse of just deceiving you and humiliate if you believe him.
7. Opportunity to receive a service flat
Current employees call these apartments on all fours, of course the owner presents the possibility of living in all fours as a blessing and says that it is as if he paid you 1500 PLN more but if you say I do not want a flat you will raise the salary for me by 1500 PLN does not say that it is as if you got a raise , in addition, he can free you from this apartment at any time if he doesn't like something and you will still hear the rebuke, but I gave you all fours in lease and you want to raise the ingrate you promised by me when hiring you.
8. Possibility of professional development and promotion
What kind of development, what promotion you only have to issue invoices and watch over payments and do not answer without being asked.
9. Work in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
Greater mijew is nowhere in the world even in the parliament it is nicer.
10. For the student - possible part-time work.
The student will be employed on a mandate contract, of course it is neither a fixed nor a certain salary at any time the boss can suspend the salary, you sign the contract only at the end of the month so you do not have any document that you worked for this cheater.


I do not recommend and I hope that I saved several people in Poland with this post. Cheaters have to be stigmatized, this is the only way to change the mentality of such pseudo businessmen.
