The set up of the trust went smoothly until I tried to get the papers back for my deceased husband's previous living trust. The office person said they would mail me the new and old trust. Never got the old trust. When I tried to transfer my husband's car to my trust, I needed the old trust papers. Each person who answered the phone had a different excuse for why they could not get the papers to me. The computers were down, they needed to talk to Ms. Bott and she was at lunch, they didn't know where the papers were, they would call me back.....Never called back and this is the second time I could not get Ms. Bott or her office to answer a simple question. This just highlights that once you pay for the service - don't even think of calling the office again with a question or concern. It would seem to be all about the $$$$. I regret using her services.
