Horrible layout. They have had children get scratched by felines they are supposedly allowed to pet. I watched a tiger literally jump to the top of its cage. The top paws reached the top of the gate. You could tell it didn't reach full height because the front paws weren't extended to climb with. The cages are arms distance away from the sidewalks as well so you are at risk all the time. The smell of the cages signifies a lack of cleanliness too.
