Our room was disgusting. It appeared as if it hadn't been cleaned in months. There were stains on all soft surfaces, dust on all hard surfaces, grease marks on the shower glass and walls, ketchup and other food on the wall (that we wiped down ourselves). Upon requesting immediate cleaning services with the front desk, they sent their crew for a "deep clean", who, after three hours, literally only put a sheet over the stained couch. Literally, they didn't clean anything else. Also our room was missing a coffee table, sonwe had no surface to eat on for three put of five days. We had to call multiple times to have a table sent. The hotel apparently was fully booked so we were stuck with the room as is. Luckily, I brought my own cleaning supplies and went over everything. The tv remote, etc were filthy. This was completely unacceptable under normal circumstances, let alone during COVID. We are never coming back as it's a complete waste of a lot of money. Additionally, the beach chairs were old, rusty, and uncomfortable, and the umbrellas stained. The servers got our order wrong multiple times, and the beach had plastic and discarded masks thrown all over. I'm honestly shocked at the state of this place.
