I have a repair shop and Unfortunately I am dealing with Toyota Of Richardson because it is the closest Toyota dealer ship to me .
I bought many times my Parts from them , because of lack of not having aftermarket one . It looks like Toyota is having problem to hire sober people . In last few times that I was there , I saw few High people giving service to the customers ONE OF THEM is the Manager (The Bald Bear) named Robin . They cheat on the customers and wont honor the warranty of the parts , because of ??????????
I am just so disappointed of Toyota hiring this kind of unprofessional people to represent the Toyota.
