Took me awhile to think of what to write here. The organization does amazing for their clients! They take pride in helping them. They are very flexible with where they are at and what their needs are, while having reasonable expectations. As a previous live-in (that had not gone through the program) I felt there needed to be more training than reading a manual. Job shadowing would of been helpful, also more contact with the manager. I felt they didnt care, expected me to know, were not flexible and didnt give me grace in it all. Overall I'd recommend this program for clients, I would not reccomend becoming a live-in if you have not gone through the program yourself.
