Had a few problems getting replies to start with but they quickly replied after a few hours. I had lots of problems trying to recover deleted texts from my Blackberry, but they went out of their way to help. They even forensically searched all my back-ups & all the data held on my phone over 2 days to sort me out. They totally bust a gut for me. When they couldn't find the texts they even refunded my licence fee. HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR THIS COMPANY - WELL WORTH THE MONEY - Oh! Their web certificate is out of date, but you need to over-ride your PC to make sure you can access the software.
