I had a massage appointment at 10 AM this morning....

I had a massage appointment at 10 AM this morning. I had to drive 30 minutes to get there. They told me to come 15 minutes early to do paperwork. Unfortunately, no one was at the office at 9:45. Or 10 o clock, or 10:15, or 10:30.

I called their office number and left two messages. No one answering the phone. They didn t call me, text me, email me, or even leave a note on the door to suggest there was some problem with my appointment, which was booked a week in advance.

I finally left at 10:35 PM, then had to drive half an hour back home. Stone Medical was a NO SHOW! Very unprofessional! That's two hours of my life (and $20 in gas) I'll never get back. Fortunately, I did get a refund from Living Social. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
