I had an issue with one of the kitchen products I bought from a small retailer. The retailer was unhelpful but CKS were genuinely amazing - immediate reply to e-mail despite it being the holiday season, polite and friendly, and resolved promptly to my satisfaction. I was most impressed that they care so much about customer service.
