Called so many stores looking for a replacement leather band for Seiko Yachting watch.

The gentleman at parts section went beyond excellent customer service, and spent close to 20 minutes trying to find a genuine Seiko leather band that fitted my watch. Even though he knew his shop did not have what I needed.

Knowing he would not make a sale, he still didn't mind helping out with a difficult matter, and searched many sites to finally recommend a genuine leather band that was made for my watch.

Great customer service, and well done!!
