This company does not pack there items with care and will not stand behind damaged items i just had to eat $800.00 worth of short shipped items they shipped via Fed Ex we called and sent pictures 30 minutes after delivery they said no problem sent us the shorted items then three days later denied the claim because it was not noted on the Fed Ex bill which you cant note anything with fed ex all you can do is point it out and they have to add it DO NOT Due business with NORA we are selling off the rest of this product and will find another brand SEE PICS

It is your responsibility to get the product to a customer in pristine condition so it can be resold to the end consumer. Your response clearly demonstrates you guys are not ready for mass distribution and for that reason I'm out.
