Southside have been dealing with my mothers property for a few years now and the service has been excellent. They took care of converting the property to comply with HMO regulations which has greatly increased the rental income and have always managed to find good tenants during the university year and during the festival. They deal with all maintainance issues promptly and efficiently and i can't recommend them highly enough
