So i must say that when i had first switched over ...

So i must say that when i had first switched over to agency it was a bit confusing as an previous account mgr that no longer is there had been horrible at communication. I had been waiting for a confirmation on hours up until the day before a scheduled shift and still she stated there was nothing. It turns out the facility had me scheduled to work and the account manager had basically told me 3 different things as to why i wasnt scheduled then realized she messed up and apologized. Nothing was explained to me about payroll, there was confusion with my credentials, i had multiple emails from all different acct managers and i was so confused. I was also told by this acct manager bc she messed my hours up that she would pay me monday( which isnt allowed) so i woild have a check before christmas. Kertesh, whom works in payroll saved my familys christmas! He explained the entire process to me and even madr sure my first check was direct deposited instead of a paper check to avoid not getting it in time for christmas. The previous acct manager had me on the verge of quitting but after kertesh went out of his way to make things right i decided to stay. So i give 5 stars bc he went out of his way to clear up a huge mess from an employee whos no longer there. Thank you kertesh again!
