I brought in my 2014 Accord for routine service. I was greeted by a friendly service person who listened and responded cordially and knowledgablely. My car was ready in a short 45 minutes and included a "report card" which was thoroughly explained. As I told her: this is why I buy Hondas -reliability, looks and good service. Thank you.
