We upgraded to a corner suite, and consequently was able to check-in as a "Tower Suite guest". Tower Suites guests receive a heightened experience, including pre-arrival contact, access to the Tower Suites Lounge. Customer Service personnel are personable, accommodating and very "Nordstrom-like" warm welcome.

Our room was beautiful, luxurious and well appointed. Tub bath overlooked the strip and then some! Dinner at Aria buffet was delicious and well beyond great. She used the spa, which was relaxing and unforgettable. I played their poker tournament and won.

Despite the Aria's massive 4000-room size, their personalized and refined customer service made us feel welcomed and catered. They cater to ALL their customers.
