I used to work here, Richard and his wife are egomaniacs who don t give their staff a second thought. If you don t believe me check out the team page. On the technical side they have more or less 1 person per line.

Work life balance is non existent, working from 9-6 with no flexible working. If you need time out you have to make it up or take holiday, even for funerals!

Since 2017 they have had:

2 Service Delivery Managers
2 Service Desk Managers
2 Professional Services Managers

All of which are no longer with the firm and that is before you take into account the endless turnover in their service desk and projects teams. Of course Richard will say they were not to Lumina s high standards.... apparently his understanding of trending does not include common denominators...

I genuinely urge anyone applying here to reconsider there is little development opportunities and it s a horrible place to work.
