I was the most recent rape victim of the John Moore company. What a load of crap this whole experience has been!! I WISH I had taken into account all the previous comments about the horrible experiences with John Moore before I agreed to have them repair the water main that burst in our front lawn. Now I have a 5 year loan to pay back the EXORBITANT bill for the amount of work performed!

They charged over $7000 to replace the line from the meter to the house, here's how it went: John Moore contracted three guys from Guatemala to dig a 60 foot trench at $7.50/hour (since I speak Spanish it came up in our conversation) from the meter near the street to our foundation, then laid $60 worth of pex tubing down and made 2 connections. In the process they disconnected my lawn sprinkler system and wanted ANOTHER $1000 to hook it back up! He claimed the backflow preventer needed to make the connection cost $999. After consulting Home Depot, I found several for under $90. Lies and deception. I guess I'm in the wrong business, I should have been a plumber!

I will NEVER use their "service" for anything EVER again - and NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!

STAY AWAY from John Moore! Don't make the same mistake I made and disregard all the horror stories. Don't fall for the catchy little jingle on the commercials, or the staged fake pictures of happy customers, it's all a lie!
