Definitely not 5 stars !!!
In the rooms (deluxe) it s dusty! In the spa if you need a dry towel you will be asked to pay extra for it and it doesn t matter if you are a guest of this hotel! When we came to dinner at the restaurant we called on the mobile phone twice and asked to pay the SPA bill! When I arrived at the reception they said that the invoice wasn t issued and they said that I had to go to the spa, and the administrator in the spa made it clear to me that nothing terrible had happened. the hotel employee will check the minibar and make sure that you really didn t take anything from the minibar, and you have to stand in line!
Where are the 5 stars? And when you want to clarify the information before checking in, they will tell you that they will call you back, but do not expect anyone to call you back !!!! At this hotel, the guest is not in the first place !!!
