I am born and raised in Colorado Springs CO. The Briarhurst is well know for it's high end food and atmosphere. Inside, the manor, has been beautifully maintained since 1872. Romantic enough for any special occasion. The outside grounds are equally beautiful. This is one of the premier locations to get married in Colorado!!

Tonight didn't disappoint. Filet mignon and red trout, as part of the 5 course meal. I love their creme brulee. Great times.
