I hope for your sake that Mosser co does not buy your apartment.
Since ownership of 704 Bush Street changed hands to Mosser this year, the level of resident service I have experienced has plummeted.

I have struggled enormously to get my emails and calls returned.
When I call Mosser using the number I have, I m not even able to talk to a person. I have to leave a voicemail and cross my fingers that someone responds.

It is even my hope that this poor google review will get me a response from Mosser.

I am trying to move out and no one is available to do the move out inspection or to even respond to me to schedule this inspection.
