My experiencie with their online service has been terrible.
I placed an order on the 24th of December and 1 month later, TODAY, I am still chasing and waiting the delivery to arrive .
THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!!
After sent/received emails, initially, they told me they were having problems with delivery service .. I thought is okay - Christmas, lockdown.. let s wait longer.
Then, finally, they told me my ordering was on hold in their depot and was ready to dispatch - hum .. Quite contradictory statement ????
But let s wait just a little longer.
They sent me a link to track my parcel through DHL delivery services .. the details are wrong, so the tracking is unsuccessful.
And I haven t heard from them since my last email.

In the past, I have been in their store many times and I never had any problem buying there . But this online service is far beyond to be managed properly.

FOR ME HAS BEEN A WAIST OF MY TIME.
