1. They came on a weekend - and were right on time
2. They were easy to talk with and never discounted any of my questions
3. They worked quickly, with precision and kept me informed of every step
4. They shared their expertise with me and I enjoyed learning more about my appliances and heating/cooling in general
5. They were easy to get along with and laughed a lot with their good nature
6. They weren't in a hurry to leave and not make sure I was comfortable with their work or the product.
