I give Courtesy Chevrolet a 5 Star rating. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership. Courtesy has the best prices and their Customer Service is first rate. The staff in the Service Department is friendly, knowledgeable and their quality of work is excellent. Recently I was fortunate to have Dana Batchan as my salesperson. When I called, I told him I was interested their current advertised promotion. I wanted a 2014 Equinox, however, I had to go out of town for a few days, and the only day I had available come in was the following Monday. I also told him that my Husband was in a wheelchair and because of health reasons he would initially not be with me, but I would go pick him up when it came time to sign the paperwork. Dana took all the necessary information to get the ball rolling. We spoke over the phone several times while I was out of town. Dana Batchan is an exceptional salesperson. His professionalism, experience and expertise made the entire stressful car buying experience go very smoothly. I found the perfect car, at a great price! Also, to save my husband the physical hardship of a 1 hour drive into Phoenix, Dana Batchan went over and above the call of duty; he brought the papers to our house for my husband to sign.
