If you have a chance to go through Key Resource Group I defintely suggest you do it! I was actually kind of hesitant because I thought agencies were a last resort, but I was so wrong. They make the job search so much easier and you can continue to look for positions on your own. In a period of 2 weeks, I had several interviews. What most people don't know is that alot of companies use agencies and they trust the agents that they work with closely. So if you apply directly to the company, your resume might sit in a pile of a hundred resumes OR you can go through an agency and they will push your resume to the top and say some pretty nice stuff about you. Everybody at the office was polite and genuinely interested in finding what was right for me.
