Josh was the technician who came to rewire our dining room lights and install a rewired chandelier. Josh is highly professional in his performance of duties from providing excellent explanations of the problem and his proposed fix to his care for the parts of our home he must touch, change or work with. Given the problem we had, Josh explained the the annual electricity maintenance program to us and we have been very pleased to be able to purchase and rely on it.
