Their website said they had a "Call Ahead" program...

Their website said they had a "Call Ahead" program wherein they call you 30 min prior to the time you make an "appointment". After being on hold in excess of 10 min, a mildly rude young lady informed me that "We don't do that. This is an urgent care clinic". She said she knew what it said on the website, but "we don't do that". When I inquired further, she begrudgingly took my name and requested time but let me know they would NOT be calling me (per the program) as they were an urgent care clinic. Duh. Needless to say, I will NOT be going there.
