A very grand resort in Batu city. The staff here are very friendly and informative. During the new normal period, health protocols were also implemented properly by this resort such as hand washing places and hand sanitizers at various points, automatic temperature checks at the entrance to the lobby, and we were also asked to fill out an assessment form to find out our body condition and travel history. The resort lobby is very spacious and luxurious with beautiful night lights and there is also a grand piano and gamelan. For hotel rooms in my opinion it is quite spacious with a combination of wood and marble ornaments that add to the luxurious impression of this room. In the room there is also a balcony with a beautiful and beautiful view. It's nice when we can sit here in the morning, accompanied by hot tea while sipping the cool air of Batu city
The facilities here are very complete, such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, movie room, game room, gym, table tennis, bicycle, large basketball and tennis courts, mini golf, and many other facilities. Here are also villas for those who want more privacy. My favorite is the large swimming pool. The water is clean and fresh. Very relaxing.
