I would given them a zero if could. I paid my car off in July and I didn't hear from them about the process of getting my title to me. So I called them 2 weeks later and they told me that it had been mailed ok. A week later nothing so the following Monday I call again now it around the 31st of July. Now they say it's been mailed on the 31st of July. Fast forward to August 20th. I called them again and they say July 31st again so I asked for the name of the company mailing the title and their contact information. She gives it to me and then asked why. I told her that I work for the post office and that I was going to get someone to research if this was a real company and to track my title it the mail system. Well after I threatened them my title showed up 4 days later and it was post marked for August 20, the same day that I called and threatened them not July 31st like they first told me.
