Got a great deal, Damon might be new but did a great job. Even gave my 3 yr old son a little "tour" of the facility on the golf cart while we waited on paperwork, awsome customer service! The wait is what you should expect. On delivery, tech was really helpful and did a great job explaining how my unit worked For a first time RV buyer they treated me awsome, would definatly recomend them.
