In my experience most dealerships selling used car...

In my experience most dealerships selling used cars are difficult to deal with, but this one is worse then average. Went in looking to spend about $5,000 on a reliable used car. I know that is towards the bottom of the market, so I wasn't expecting a mircale. Sundance had a large inventory in that range, and I had limited time, so I shopped there.

I test drove, or attempted to test drive about a half dozen cars. Most of the cars I tried didn't even get off the lot. They either had Check Engine lights on and/or ran so badly you didn't even need to get off the lot to know they were a problem. They do zero work inspecting the cars and weeding out the ones unfit to sell.

Finally settled on a car with known issues that they agreed to fix as part of the final purchase price. Took me two weeks of calling them daily to finally get them to do the promised repairs. Car was sold with a 30 day warrenty. Had issues right after I got it back with bad brakes and a bad electric window. Can't even get them to return my calls now.

Unless you really know cars and are sure of what you are buying I would stay away. Their word means nothing and they are going to be unreachable after the sale. Buyer beware with this outfit.
