I purchased a new 12 inch MacBook from them (via the Best Buy site) and within a few days, I realized it was not for me. I returned it. No communication at all from them for 3 months about actually getting a refund after I returned the product. Then they gave me only 75% of my return price due to a 25% restocking fee. That s actually BS. They didn t even tell me about the restocking fee. I just noticed a return on my credit card that was far less and had to inquire. They were hard to reach during all of this. There was no information anywhere about the restocking fee. This not only lacked transparency and professionalism, it s actually borderline illegal. Don t buy from them.
