Two very different experiences with this company. In 2018 I used them for signage on a retail location. They were fantastic, everything happened on time. One mistake was made, it was an expensive mistake, but they corrected it. I was a happy customer. In 2019 I used them for a 2nd retail location...dealt with a different person. Totally different experience. The work was fine, but it seemed like to get things to happen I had to keep calling and emailing, not nearly as accessible as they were before. Then, about 8 weeks ago, the door vinyls on the 2018 job began to peel and bubble. That shouldn't happen less then 18 months after installation. Made several requests to them to come fix, they never responded to me. Had to get another company, Admiral Sign Works, to come fix. They are my sign company now, used them for location #3. Don't know what happened to Scotty Signs. They used to be great...but that changed.
