Mayors office totally non-responsive to emails , letters and does not answer their phone under Ed Lee. Yet to try new mayor and see if there is any difference?? Additionally, there is no progress or Viable actions Being done on homeless issues and telling police to NOT deal with homeless in criminal matters and not to cite them for anything...The cities DPW, SFMTA and Police dept are useless. Crime is on the rise , Police choose what laws to enforce and to ignore, and police do not respond to level 3 calls When I call and always say they are busy and I see them walking around when i look out my window and they are not busy???
